Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, p699 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance — including both deposited funds and Bonus Funds — where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature and severity of the breach, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where termination occurs at the User's voluntary request without any breach, withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
